Ger Janssen
Principal Data & AI Scientist, Philips – Healthcare
Ger Janssen has a PhD in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. He joined Philips in 2001 in the computational modeling domain, and later started to focus also on AI and hybrid intelligence, combining AI with computational modeling.
He was head of the AI, Data Science & Digital Twin department in Philips Research, brought various AI solutions to different Philips businesses as value stream owner on AI enablers, and is currently lead of Computational Modeling and Data & AI governance and Principal Data & AI Scientist.
As such, one of his key priorities is making Data & AI governance and Responsible AI across Philips future proof.
